[postgis-devel] Release 3.0.1?

Hi,

Postgres released 12.1. We have not many tickets about issues in 3.0 that
we didn't ignore for 3.0, but just one major fix: regression in ST_Simplify
that breaks MVT generation and Simplified geometries.

I propose we release stable-3.0 as 3.0.1 and push current 3.0.1 tickets to
3.0.2.
