Short answer : No. 

Long answer: I'm at the PostgreSQL Anniversary Summit now; and after
I'll return, I'll rebuild my buildfarm and add FC4 there so that I will
continue building RPMs for FC4.

Just let me know if it is really urgent so that I can find another
machine for you.
